Patient from Tanzania writes ( Name and Position withheld on
personal request) Dear Dr. Kumaresh, I
do not know where to begin to thank you. Travelling
so far from home for medical services is a nerve wracking
experience, however, having you as my doctor changed that. You
perfected the balance of professionalism and compassion that allowed
me to relax and have faith in the process. You took the time to
listen to me and were very straightforward in explaining to me what
could be done to improve the functions that had been impaired due to
my medical condition. I'd like to thank you for the attention,
friendly chats, transparency and for consistently checking up on me
before and after the surgery. While still here in Bangalore I
have bothered you with umpteen questions via email, phone calls,
text messages and even face-to-face but you have always been there
to respond to each and every concern/question, always with a smile!
Thank you for being so patient with me Doc, Apollo Bangalore
is lucky to have you among its team of outstanding doctors.
In
closing, I feel extremely blessed to have met you and I am most
grateful for the best medical care I have ever received while under
your care. Should I hear of anyone with ENT problems, you can
be sure I will provide them with your contact details without a
doubt! Keep up the good work and God bless you
abundantly.
Testimonial from Multibillionaire and partner of
Internationally well known hotel:
Dear Dr Kumaresh Krishnamoorthy,
I’m writing to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the
wonderful treatment and superior care you showed to me during my
hospitalization there at Apollo hospital.
Before I came into the hospital for the treatment, I was very
nervous and daunted by fear of the unknown but you were so kind and
reassuring when I arrived which took away lot of my apprehension. I
especially appreciate the straight forward way in which you have
communicated about the severity of my condition. What impressed me
the most was your professional attitude. My recent improvement in
the health is credit to your expertise and attentiveness.
I feel extremely blessed to have the best care that anyone could
dream of having and thank you so very much for the same.
International patient from Maldives writes:
Dear Dr.Kumaresh
I cannot begin to say thank you enough with just words but I will try. I believe there is truly something special and unique about the care and concern you have for the patients and their families whom you treat. You have a grace under fire, a patience that surpasses the norm, and truly a desire to see patients be well. I also want to commend you on your professional, considerate, caring and plain manner when dealing with my wife and me. You fully explained my wife's condition and listened to our comments and questions with genuine interest. It is clear to me that you knows her specialty and understands the importance of care and treatment of the family.
The way you respond to a patient’s “good” days and/or “bad” days never wavered – even among feelings of frustration, the level of care was so incredibly evident it brought me as a family member reassurance that my wife was truly at the right place and in the right hands. The respect and attention you gave to not only my wife as the patient but to me as her husband, as well as extended to visitors – was superior and made a very difficult situation for us all – hopeful and tolerable.
I truly appreciate each and every person who was involved with my wife’s care on all shifts and especially for the kindness and respect you all showed towards me! Thank you for being so patient even with me. It made a difference and you all need to know that it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Dear Dr Kumaresh, Thank
you for conducting the procedure adenotonsillectomy on my five year
old son. My son remembers you daily in his prayers. I guess every
mother wants her child to be treated in the best of best hands and
hospital. Though our stay in hospital was very short but it was a
memorable one with highest quality of care and standard. My son had
been suffering from recurrent tonsillitis since past two and half
years and each time taking a course of antibiotics at least four to
five times in a year. Besides that he had difficulty in breathing at
sleep and his snoring always was a real concern for us. We decided
to undertake the procedure in India and decided to consult Dr
Kumaresh who came with high recommendation. There is no snoring or
throat pain now -a- days. Thank you once again. Celine George

Dear Doctor, I have been suffering from chronic nasal obstruction
diagnosed as hay fever by my UK physicians. “My nasal passage each
morning was air tight. Only after a couple of hours would my speech
be normal and not until in the afternoon would I be able to breathe
easily. It was a poor quality of life.” “My initial impression about
you was that you are very thorough and your explanation and
diagnosis were very convincing,” None of the physicians I consulted
in London ever suggested a CT scan. I underwent Laser Turbinoplasty
and “The result is really fantastic,” “I can intake as much air as I
wish through my nose. The velocity is really good.” I would
definitely recommend you to anyone. Rajeev Rameth, UK.
I would like to extend to you our heartfelt thanks and
appreciation for the good service extended to my brother and I
during our short stay. You were all so caring for us. We
entertained a good relationship during the first day I till the day
we checked out. I must say that my brother and I were entirely happy
with the services/assistance we received. Congratulations and
thanks once again. Ms. Yasmeen, Mauritius.
I would like to say what a great thing you have done by coming
back to India to help and offer treatments to the people of India,
when you had the chance to work and live in the USA. Not many
doctors would do this, but for you to do such a thing means you are
a man for the people and you are not a selfish man. Nikul Patel, UK.
